Terms of use
Updated October 27, 2026. By using EditInImage, you agree to these rules.
Your images and responsibility
Only edit images that you own or have permission to modify. You remain responsible for the source material, the changes you request, and how you use or share the result. Check that the final text, image quality, and context are accurate and appropriate before publishing.
Acceptable use
Do not use EditInImage to forge, falsify, impersonate, defraud, or deceive. In particular, do not alter identity documents, passports, driving licenses, official or stamped documents, certificates used as proof, receipts, invoices, financial records, or currency.
Do not create misleading evidence, false endorsements, deceptive screenshots, harassment, unlawful content, or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not bypass quotas, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, or attempt to expose its secrets.
Legitimate examples include updating your own event poster, correcting your own product label, or changing an app mockup clearly presented as a demonstration. Label edited screenshots or illustrations when needed to avoid misleading viewers.
MVP availability and quality
This is an early product. Model availability, free quotas, and processing times may change. There is no guarantee of an exact font match, perfect background restoration, or correct output for every image. Local sample results are workflow demonstrations and do not establish AI model quality. Review every result before relying on it.
Commercial use
Results from credit edits may be used for commercial purposes, provided you own or have permission to edit the source image and the use follows these terms. Results from free edits are for personal, non-commercial use.
Processing and privacy
You authorize the processing needed to carry out the edits you request. AI replacement may send selected areas and their surrounding context to a configured external provider. Read the privacy policy before using content that may be sensitive.
Free use and limits
You can use a limited number of free edits each day without an account. Free edits wait in a shared queue before processing, and their downloads carry an EditInImage watermark; do not remove or hide it. Credit edits skip the queue and download without a watermark. A successful replacement of one area uses one free edit or one credit; failed areas use neither.
The service may enforce device and IP limits, human verification, or temporary restrictions to protect availability. Credit packs are not on sale yet; their terms will be published before checkout opens.
